Bill: re: FTEL the main/only client is USAT, a Co. that has been "demoted" to the pink sheets, after an SEC investigation. The share price was "subtly manouvered" from $5 to $60 in two months. USAT did filing and filed that it had a negative shareholders equity of $700, so much for filings IMO. IMO DGIV's middle east contract will imply more equipment (and hence) $$ that the deal mentioned in Mark's posting. Additionally DGIV will have revs. from the minutes business... Ron
