Navigant will move up when they finalize their financial arrangements. They are also in a better position to create some excitement with the Internet portal effort.

I spoke with their corporate controller and the recently hired manager of Internet operations. They think the stock is very undervalued and that there is no value given to their Internet component. A few things will change during the next six-9 months: FLYR will have the financing secured within a few weeks. This will bolster the stock price because institutions will more comfortably invest in the company and financial stability and execution on the business plan will be assured. This will also effect the price because the company will be more willing to step into the market to re-purchase shares.

The company has acquired and assembled 15 Internet sites. The portal site has not yet taken advantage of this Internet visibility or initiated many unique programs and offerings. That will change over the next several weeks. Besides the tracking, booking and information services they now provide, the company will initiate several creative promotion and incentive programs that take advantage of Navigant's position and buying power. Details were not given, but they are also likely to have agreements in place to gain increased visibility through leading e-commerce and portal sites. The benefits of combining the highly professional corporate services aspects of the business with user and agent incentives and consumer programs is immense and unique - the Airlines can't do it, the consumer oriented booking agents can't do it - Navigant can.

It seems that all investors want to hear is that Navigant is becoming an Internet company. The company is on the Internet and that aspect is growing rapidly. But they have been cautious to just throw money into the Internet effort without good planning and expectation for profits. Investors should applaud them and realize the benefit to a methodical approach: first assemble the infra-structure assets that make the Internet effort more than just a song and dance and then take fuller advantage of it.

The stock is not likely to become a rocket until these things start to unfold and catch the investment public's imagination. Buy FLYR from the fools who are flipping it!
