I didn't hear it, but I would have done the same thing. They have plenty of opportunities to make venture-stage investments, etc. They need to diversify their considerable fortunes.

RE: IBD in their investor column today indicates that founders (not softbank) of YHOO have sold off 1/3 of
their holdings last week @ 135.

I heard it on CNBC last week.
