Let me tweak my response then: It is inappropriate and, I would claim, unethical (and should be illegal) for someone working in the investment industry to knowingly give inaccurate information (calling "38", "30", etc..)..especially in trying to justify their position...

IMO, This is not a minor point. CNBC gives these guys audience all the time. There is a big difference between "38" and "30". That is not rounding error.

I'm done now.
