Note the following from the article titled "I/NET to Ship Netscape Enterprise Server by Month's End" :

"Early tests at I/NET indicate that native
Enterprise Server performs as well as
Commerce Server/400 and significantly better
than Lotus Domino or HTTP Server for
AS/400"

" By that time, we would be surprised if IBM
didn't offer native Enterprise Server as part of
its WebSphere Web application server,......"

This means that IBM will eventually "bundle" Netscape Enterprise Server (by INNI) with their popular WebSpehre server so their customers will automatically get the Netscape Server.
