I think the institutional fund managers who are already in CF's camp have already been convinced that CF is a viable entity vs. MSFT. I agree that what's keeping new institutional money away is partly due to the MSFT embrace and extinguish paradigm.

I like to think of CheckFree as the Intuit of EBPP. If CF can capture over 70% of the EBPP market, I'll be very happy!

I think we may be in a narrow trading range until some positive news comes out on portal agreements -- probably in the next earnings release time frame.

BTW, I was a little surprised that we didn't get a bump up from the anti-TP news release today.
