Although I agree it's a little crazy around here, I more so enjoy the celebration of folks that have worked hard and went throught the wringer several times as they start to see the fruition of their dreams --- in real time --- not a drill. Am lurking too, but enjoying it.
To perhaps add something substantial, don't you just love the buy/sell ratios that have been happening; 2:1, 3:1, 5:1 and finally the price HAD to move up. More to come.
