*NAH New American Healthcare, slaughtered today down to $3 from 7 7/16. Forcasting a 6 -10 cent loss first Q this year and reduced earnings for '99. Shares outstanding 17mil Float 4.9 mil 52 wk Low 7 52 wk High 13 1/16 BOOK VALUE 5.09 This is hospitals and real property mostly, look for them at this point to start selling pieces or sell as a whole. Do not think this will stay here long an will try to get a holding position if it does not jump over 1/2 at the open in the morning. Other hospital chains already with administrative operations can incorporate this co and save a million dollars a year in admin. No position here but watch closely tomorrow the open...
