NAVR can talk about anything BUT NetRadio or the SEC will ignore any S-1 filing for 60 days. So, I guess we're all looking to next Tuesday, now? What's the latest rumor now that Tuesday's Press Release was wasted on mindless dribble. At least it came up on MSFT watchers screens...

Annette AJ is wholly right---if they were to talkabout NetRadio they would get hit with a 60-day cooling off period by SEC--so you can interpolate that their avoidance of speaking of NetRadio is a good sign.Good Luck,Max90

Anette, you made me laughing that day...besides a secretly delisted stock...(NOT a value investment like Navr, a different, crappy stock). -everything is written but I lost my pencil. -One of the directors is on holiday -it is already in the mail -we will send it right away when we receive stamps -we still have to file some 144ers -the price is too high -the price is too low. -the number of to-be-issued shares is not even -we approved for a different stock symbol (Har, har) -we can't do it this tuesday. -it's snowing. -one of the underwriters secretary's cought the flu' (a male!), good for 2 weeks delay -we have to print more certificates -there is a nasty thread on SI. They drew a pig. -there is too much short interest. -..... WHERE IS THE NETRADIO? Only a joke not even IMO. C.
