In this new article, there seems to be a comment on the intent of the Brazilian state recently in the news (which was more of a timed political stunt). Apparently, that move is being frowned upon by the meeting. As I predicted yesterday...

(My conclusion)
All in all, this stalling means that the US and others are asserting themselves, AND means food crops will NOT be segregated, and this is good news for Monsanto. And look, even the UK government in on the US side!
