two important points arise concerning the new subscriber agreement put forth unilaterally by @HOME: 1. Even though you find it unsatisfactory to have the alternations in the new agreement, @HOME is neither obligated to exercise any or all of these new provisions and, with enough public outcry, can rescind the alterations by the same mechanism; 2. Obviously the market does not share your ethical concerns, as the stock is up 5+ points in a volatile session. It would appear the market is saying "business as usual" to this maneuver by @HOME. I do not have @HOME available as of yet but anticipate being offered service in the next 6-9 months. I will read the agreement carefully before signing it. Sleeper
