While many Yahoo postings may be unreliable, there seem to be a goodly number that suggest real difficulties with the DataWorks merger. Does anyone have any informed insights here?

I am probably not the best to ask...I do not understand the reason for the recent downdraft....except either (1) Lack of sponsership or more likely (2) Dataworks merger is a mess....some holders know it, and our dumping...

I have no proof for (2)...but I am thinking that my foray into what I perceived as an undervalued small-cap technology stock was probably a mistake....(I usually stick to large-caps..). I am not ready (yet) to abandon ship...but, it is amazing how dead these guys can be sometime...

Also, hard to get current information...Scary, when your best source of info is the Yahoo Thread...As I said, still sticking with here for the same reasons I bought...
