Agreed BUT 1) that will not change as long as people who like the stock sell it because they dont think it can move up consistently. It becomes a self fulfilling prophecy. This has not always been the case. It's only the last 6-8 months or so that TAVA gets beaten down with every ramp up. 2) I think this pattern could change soon. The US Post Office represents a huge contract for TAVA. This is the first time I bought back in in a while and I did so because I think the landscape is changing here. For whatever reason, the short crowd loves to keep TAVA down. At some point, as long as TAVA maitains their growth and keeps signing these huge contracts the shorts will step aside. Thats my take anyway
