Nah, it's not a P&D, plus..... nobody knows about the news yet, or, if they do, they don't see that it removes almost all operational expenses from the company. This is a precursor to a bigger deal, IMO. Do they have anything on the table? Of course.... cash. Cold, hard money. Beyond that, I sincerely believe in the potential for multiple license agreements for IL-1beta, already licensed by Connaught.
