I was thinking it might hit $ 3.3, but it appears that it is going to stabilize at $ 4.

I got in at $ 5.4 when it appeared ABX was going to be serious, but jumped out when it looked like everything was going to fall flat - with the intention of buying back in latter this year.

I can't see this puppy moving though. There are so many good stocks that have been beaten up - its a buyers market. IMO, ABX will wait out ARP and let them spend the money to increase the reserve. No one is going to bid against ABX unless there is something so incredibly outstanding, that they can't afford not to chase it.

I am in no doubt that ABX will offer something higher. I just question when.

Cheers

<<so after seeing the Sutton bid, I think ARP shareholderes will
eventually come out winners>>

Keep in mind that the gold was only part of Sutton assets.

HI John, It is nice to see the strength in todays trading. Closed at the high end so I would not be surprised by a gap up tomorrow. It is as though someone knows something. Wonder when they will tell. Gord is suspecting a NR soon no doubt because he has seen this kind of thing before with ARP. Price moves and then the news comes. Maybe we will get a halt and news. I am glad you hung on instead of selling.

Question, when you talked to ARP did they say when the resource estimates would be updated? You mentioned 5.5 m oz and I hadn't heard that number yet.
