SOWK has asked T A P to tell those who have not yet received dividend shares and are entitled to them to provide your brokerage with proof of ownership of SOWK common stock with date of purchase and in some cases date sold and ask that the stock certificates be sent to you via certified mail.Be sure to keep a copy of the letter and ask that immediate action be taken by your brokerage. SOWK believes it is quite apparent from looking at the records of 2/10/99-2/12/99 that there is a substantial short position with the market makers and could be one possible reason for the distribution delay of dividend shares.
