PT, there was no trading in ESVS for quite some time (volume = 0) this morning. Even now it's only traded 1500 shares all day.

Maybe Stockmaster has a bug where they don't show quotes for a stock that hasn't traded yet for the day.

You will know soon enough when/if the acquisition is complete. People will wander in here complaining that "My ESVS shares have disappeared from my Schwab account, does anyone know what has happened"? :)

BTW, am I the only one who noticed that the company is still having trouble being forthcoming in their press releases? One of the recent press releases is entitled:

"Zulu-tek and Enhanced Services Complete Combination; Zulu-tek Becomes Surviving Entity"

Shouldn't that have been phrased "Zulu-Tek and Enhanced Services to Complete Combination..."

Has it been completed? Later, in the body of the PR it says:

"announced today that they have amended and are completing"

The company has taken some important steps in terms of being forthright. The SEC filings were a big step. Even though it turns out they aren't doing things as stated in the filings (after all, they were preliminary) at least it gave us our first glance at ZULU financials.

But they really have to start being more precise and consistent in their press releases. When PRs have internal inconsistencies right off the bat like this, it's not helping to create the image that they are cleaning-up their act.

Spoken as a shareholder, hoping somebody at the company is listening.
