It has been profitable to buy the dip in bonds for 4 years and I suspect that the street got long when the March bond moved back to its
40 Week Ma ..at the start of the month....That probably accounts for
the weakness we have seen since then....I doubt that the street is
short in any big manner yet....It only 5 weeks until the end of
the Japanese Fiscal year and there should be some more capital outflows of Japanese money back to Japan.
