Vince, is not my place to defend Medinah but I can respond to some of your comments:

"We haven't seen Placer production/Russian consortium deal..., Caten production, Andacollo properties sold, Dayton court decision, or even begun drilling the Los Dos Marias...and we haven't even reach fully reporting status which would seem only prudent just so big mutual funds can invest, or a "major" NYSE stock making a deal."

1)Placer production/Russian consortium deal-----As you are well aware, the Russians have had difficult coming up with a cash downpayment in order to be JV with MDIN--------JV always take time to arrange-please give some examples of some of other JV's that have been arranged in a faster time frame-----

2)Catan Production---------As you are also aware-Enamai charges alot to use their mill. One of G. Houses responsibilities while he is down in Chile is to arrange use of a mill from a private individual. It is being worked on-it does take time---

3)Dayton court decision---------MDIN is at the whim of the court-enough said

4)Drilling on Las Dos Marias------As has been the original plan-LDM is going to be drilled after Lipangue as G. House made a decision that Lipangue is the highest priority. The present drill program does include LDM-so this should be taken care of in 2 or 3 weeks hopefully.

I understand your frustration on the lack of progress in many areas but even though the gears at MDIN have been turning slowly-they have indeed been turning! Cheers!
