OFW. it appears that the article that I found which was from Raging Bull and really did not say what it appears to say. However be my guess you are welcome to view it also. But I did not make the original the comment anyway was just passing it on and I also did some digging into Etrade and could not find anything to that effect relative to this individual stock. However I think this is being done in many cases as far as pink sheet or BB stocks are concerned.
