Going long on ABTEE - 10Q tomorrow. ABTEE profitable, has financing from WCOM . If rumor true ABTEE to go private, then ABTEE can not comment on Asensio's attacks - think about it - if you knew they couldn;t say anything back, wouldn't that be the best time to say negative things, esp if you have a short on it? Puting 2 & 2 together, I bet Kaufman is involved in the deal, too, so Vic Grover can't say anything positive.
