HG -- Unresolved, but looking like a move with more to go I think. Now, you and I differ because I play specs with leverage and must play both sides -- but if you are a bull with volatile tech stocks, you may find good prices to close positions -- the market is moving up on some pretty dangerous ground -- given liquidity, bonds and the international situation. A couple of months from now I expect we will have seen a big drop. By the way, on metals, I have been buying SIL -- very thin trade in a silver play. This is a very tight market and a good place to move up for what it is worth.

Well, I trade on momentum and sentiment. My timeframe for options is usually 2-3 days. My timeframe on my longs is years. Even though the volumes are lower than the recent averages, we're rallying on increasing volume (much higher than when we were drifting lower over the past weeks). So momentum says up.

Sentimentwise, I feel pretty bullish for the short term. Dips are met with buying.. there apparently is cash sitting on the sidelines waiting according to talking heads and various columists (?). This is a change from the past week, where any sort of rally or gap up was met with selling.

Analysts are coming out with re-its and that's not hurting either. AMZN shakes off news that losses will widen.

To me, that means we're going up. However, can we sustain a rally into the 4th day? I don't know.. if it dips and comes back tomorrow, then I'd explode with bullishness (or bullshi..)

Don't trust me on this.

James.
