Ok, Swami, I'm here to talk about ABTEE - hope we have a good discussion and figure this thing out - i'm of the long opinion now for the reasons in my post

One thing to do is rem the dates a co is to come out with announcements or meet deadlines, etc. If those are not met, we usually assume a problem, so a stock sells off. Then when news comes one can see if the claims are true or false.

Putting some facts together on ABTEE:

1. Stock went from 8+ up to 9+ late last week

2. Next day Asensio PR comes out - a couple of times - ie. when ABTEE about 9 1/2 let's say - quite a timely defensive move don;t you think, esp if you are short?

3. Assumming they are short, the level at which short I don;t know, but the closer it gets or starts to exceed the level shorted at, the more nervous the shorts will get. On that basis, the shorting likely occurred around 9 / 9.50 (10 likely the max)

4. ABTEE is quite profitable. Has contracts from MCI/WCOM.

5. ABTEE has laid out infrastructure already - other co's would have to go to the expense to do so and it would take a while to catch up.

Items unconfirmed:

A. State of Virgina EZ -Pass contract -- has there been any work done on the roadways?

B. Rumor co to be involved in a deal

C. Kaufman Bros quiet. ABTEE quiet. Arsensio talking. Adds up to, if B. true, then Kaufman likely involved in the deal, further lending credibility to the rumor.

Any other issues on the table? Any comments accepted. Let's figure it out. Keep ears and eyes open.

ABTEE is so toast. Either they place the financing into the market - which means to sell tons of stocks and adhesive (spread) warrants or they declare bancruptcy in 84 days - or less. LOOK at ICCSA today. If a stock is hit and circled,...then it is gone.

If they won't fill their filing they are at the brink of being delisted... I would take ABTE private. But come up for a part of the debt and pay a symbolic $1 for the equity.

Go ahead, the bull market was so glad to ABTE(E)...
