Possible. Anything is possible, but I wouldn't make big bets based upon that assumption.

(Didn't I warn you guys not to throw out those outlandish stock price forecasts?)

I have also come to the conclusion that delay is the slightly more probable event. I believe Intel sees RDRAM as a way to stay ahead of possible competitors, and that it will be launched in a blaze of PR and advertising in an attempt to make it as familiar to customers as the word Pentium. They will not do this, titilating demand , until they have adequate supply. This is a new product and Intel will want to get it right.If they can't get it right in time for the holiday season, they will delay. Intel does not engage in vaporware wars, which just anger customers in the long run.
For long term investors this is just a ripple in the pond. Three months one way or the other isn't important.

Third Qtr means September 30th to the semi world. count on it.
2ndHalf is stretching it a bit.
