Trufflette, I guess my point is that you and other traders talk about so many shares were just bought, so many shares were just sold. Do you think these purchases and sales occur in the ether? If someone just bought 40K shares, then I promise you someone just sold it also. But the way you folks talk about it is like there is some indication of the direction the share price is moving. So when a transaction takes place and you want to indicate your belief that the stock price is moving downwards, you say, "xx number of shares were just sold". Somewhat misleading, I would say.

Trufflette,

If you have 40k shares freely at your disposal, you would definitely have a better chance of calling the market and making $$$, especially in a thinly traded stock like RMBS. But I doubt most of the SIers are in that position.

Following the big boyz can be -- and is, as proven by statistics -- hazardous to your health.

Cheers,
Ibexx
