Also remember that those who claim continually that news is coming month after month are pumping the stock and are also liable. Bashing is for these purposes posting misleading information. Stating that this is a company without an address and that it has made promises over the past months of deals and news which have not materialized is not bashing but just plain fact. Be careful.

To the real PseudoDoc:

May I refer you to the first page of the amendment, and I quote: "Plaintiff Medihah Energy, Inc. ("MEI") is a corporation duly organized and validly existing under the laws of the State of Nevada which, at all times pertinent hereto, conducted business in Washoe County, Nevada."

Here's the url: medinahenergy.com

Notice anything different between MEI and TMMI, except for the name? No hurry, take your time because there are SIGNIFICANT differences. I wonder what the words "validly existing under the laws of ..." mean. Could that have something to do with annual shareholders meetings, including public notice of such meetings?

Arnie

The SEC also looks at HYPE artists who continually tell the threads that news is coming. Beware.
