Care to take a guess, at what price these secondary shares will be priced?

<..course we all know that a secondary offering has been filed...>

20 million shares are coming to market next week - SSB is involved, and the deal seems to be a hard sell, as retail is being heavy handedly told no flipping and that accounts will be checked for compliance MONTHS later. NOT a good position for clients to be in.

Also, at least 25% is "non-dilutive" registration selling:

biz.yahoo.com

ps, on the day next week the secondary is priced, it'll be priced at a slight discount to the previous day's closing price (which obviously could be higher or lower than here)

Don , I'm no techie either. I am concerned about the effects of this secondary offering next week. RCNC had one late last summer @ 19.50 went down to under 9 later on in the bad market conditions. More recently WCII priced theirs @ 41.50 closed at 31.50 today. I sold half of my position the day after you posted, .......BUT IT DOES APPEAR FROM THE CHART......@ 59.75. I know, I know LVLT is different. We will find out the first week in March or shortly after. Thanks,zj

And a thanks to all of you who post on this thread.
