You guys are missing a HUGE, HUGE, PIECE TO THIS PUZZLE!!! The Nite secondary is going off shortly (this week). Do a little research, call your broker, etc. You will find out that the market makers will not allow a stock to get ahead of itself before the secondary is issued......Why? Because they want to reward the instititutional buyers of the stock days after the secondary is placed. (MERRILL, P. WEBBER , AND CF BOSTON) are the brokerage houses offering Nite. I look at this as a huge, huge buying opportunity. IMHO Nite will gap up 5 to 10 points after the secondary is placed. Robert
