Teflon, I quote the Index as a number, not a percentage,
kind of like the DJI. It now stands at 117.25.

Teflon,

Frank wrote 117.25 as a pure value, not as a percentage. We'll have to slap his wrist with two cyberspace noodles for mentioning that it is 117.25 "YTD," when YTD is rather meaningless in that context. On the other hand, he might have been trying to see who is sleeping in class. :)
