I think our local ISPs are least clogged then. Afternoons are pretty miserable here, as far as the net goes. It's about 6 AM here, which is not insomnia any more. I always get up around 5, usually to work out, but not today; played soccer yesterday and I'm too old for that stuff, makes me a bit stiff. I like to be up before anyone else in the house; an hour of quiet in the morning and I can deal with anything. If I wake up to chaos the day is usually messy.
