Re: DELL

Let me start off by saying I don't own Dell and am not shorting it either.

TheStreet.Com just published a story by Andy Kessler titled "Bumpy Road May Be Ahead for Techs". In it contains a small section about Dell. His net basically is, there is no room for any errors when it comes to growth predictions. Dell has and will probably be a stellar stock. However, I encourage all to read it as part of your DD.

Hi herm and others,

what do you think about the chart on Sangstat (sang). This is potentially the golden grail of generic pharmaceuticals. I know Novartis (sells cyclosporine as the branded drug Neoral) is extremely unhappy about this situation. They totally dominate the organ transplant market with ca. 1.3 billion annual sales.
The only real risk to this is if Novartis can get Sangstats patents turned over. Any patent lawyers out there care to take a crack at this?
