NBC TO AIR CLINTON RAPE STORY: RUSSERT PHYSICALLY SICK AFTER WATCHING BROADDRICK TAPES

NBC WARMS UP 'JANE DOE' INTERVIEW; TIM RUSSERT PHYSICALLY SICK AFTER WATCHING BROADDRICK TAPES

**Exclusive**

NBC NEWS has taken its interview with Jane Doe #5 out of the freezer -- and has put it into the oven!

On Wednesday night at 8 pm ET [Family Hour?] NBC NEWS will broadcast an exclusive television interview with Juanita Broaddrick, a woman who has accused Bill Clinton of rape.

"This was the hardest day of my life since I lost my father in '71," Broaddrick told a producer from NBC NEWS last month after giving her story to the network during a 5 hour interview.

One month later, NBC NEWS has announced that it will now air that interview -- an interview that made one NBC NEWS superstar physically sick after he watched it!

The DRUDGE REPORT has learned that NBC NEWS Washington Bureau chief Tim Russert got sick to his stomach when he viewed the five hour session between NBC NEWS reporter Lisa Myers and
Broaddrick.

Russert told associates that Broaddrick's story left him speechless and upset him physically after he viewed raw tapes of her interview.

Broaddrick tells NBC NEWS, in graphic detail, how Bill Clinton raped her back in 1978.

Broaddrick had denied under oath that such an assault occurred.

"NBC is just trying to compete with the GRAMMY AWARDS," one White House source told the DRUDGE REPORT on Tuesday afternoon.

By the time the things I object to came up, they had a tenuous connection, at best, to Michael's post. In fact, you keep throwing out ex post facto rationalizations for your outrageousness. I think motherhood should be valued. I think fatherhood should be valued. I think that there is not a one- size- fits all solution to the problem of reconciling career goals and family obligations. I think you over- reacted to people like Michael, and that you are around the bend with me, but if you have actually done anything productive in software development, congratulations and thanks...

Michelle you appear to be proud, rightfully so, of your contributions in your field of endeavor.(Computer software, if I'm not mistaken) You appear frustrated however that your contributions have not been acknowledged and that you perhaps are still not receiving your due as an equal (or superior) in the workplace.

I think it is a mistake for you to assume that this lack of respect is because you are a woman. A cold hard fact that I believe was overlooked as women have assumed their "rightful" place in the workplace is that once you acheived a level of parity that you would be treated just as men are, unrespected and unappreciated except for what respect and appreciation you take for yourself. The truth is that if you are feeling underappreciated, it means you have acheived true equality in the work place. Men have long known that it is dog eat dog in almost every field of endeavor and that you have to fight for any sort of recognition, deserved or not. Some of the most successful men learned long ago to achieve recognition in the workplace, even though it was achieved by the sweat and brains of others.

One of the true indicators that women are achieving parity in the work place is that the average life span for men and women in the U.S. has been slowly approaching the same age, with the men's average life span increasing while women's has decreased. Welcome to the workplace.

>Unless of course you would like to apologize to ME and all of my associates for comparing us and our substantial contributions to your fortunes (if you have ever invested in technology) with every females ability to bear children.<

There is no comparison, Michelle. Women who work really are nothing but men. In other words, just as are men, these women are to me human assets used for production. I do not look to them and say “my, my, what a gal. She's a woe-mun!” No. If she produces I say “Good job! Now here's another challenge.” If she does not, I say “You're fired!” That's all, Michelle.

Contrary to this, to the woman who nurtures her home, I say “I honor you, madam. No doubt your children will call you blessed. And if your husband is not faithful to you and does not worship you, he then should be shot in the head at point-blank range.”

There is no comparison, Michelle. Women who work outside the home I judge strictly on the basis of the bottom line. That's all. Women who stay home to nurture their children I judge on the basis of so very many other glorious criteria.

Who is more valuable to society? Well society did just fine before women entered the workplace en mass. Men can do anything on the job that women can do. Philosophically there is nothing wrong with women working outside the home (though in many cases it presents practical difficulties), and so do not get it into your head that I want to send women back to the kitchen and bedroom. Nevertheless, the fact is we as a society do not need women careerists. Men have through the ages done just fine here. On the other hand, men have never generally been very good mothers, and nature assures us they never will. You can complete the logic from here.

(gotta go)
