That being the case, it would not be out of the question that we(CVIA) would consider a forward split after the warrants expire. ???? <hint> <hint> <hint> {:o)

Thanks, that's the answer I was looking for. However, the warrants expire in June, 1999 ... right. So if a split occurred after June, then the warrants would not be an issue. In fact announcing a split would convince people to exercise the warrants.

BTW - I haven't exercised my warrants yet either. I have a little problem since my original (pre-split) CVIA shares are in my IRA account and I can't put any more money into that IRA account because I reached my limit already. So I am waiting for the price to go up so I can sell some of the shares I already have in order to exercise my warrants.

Weird, I have to sell shares in order to end up with more shares.

Mike

Couldn't wait for the news, so had to buy xxxx more today. At my age I should be able to easily figure out most things, but I am having a little trouble trying to figure out how a split would help decrease the actual spread between bid & asked. Certainly the dollar (or cent) amount should be less, but would there be that much a difference percentage-wise? If the explanation is as easy as it probably is, would you please elaborate for the elderly. Thanks. Rich.
