MMurphey, I'm sure waltertx's attorney will be speaking to Cleve after their lawsuit is filed tomorrow isn't it?? However, I am very curious as to why someone who lost that much money in shareholder value would be so pleased with performance of FAMH. waltertx...you still didn't answer my question...how much did your group pay for the shares? I'd like to get an idea of much you collectively lost. Now if you paid 0.01 then 0.04 is not a bad return...then I might be able to understand your satisfaction (but the next question will be how did you obtain shares for 0.01?). Believe me, I do not enjoy it when people lose money so I'm not asking in order to rejoice, but honestly, can you share with us how this company can/will improve performance? By the way, did you get a proxy for those 10 million shares? I didn't get mine and that's Texas Law!
