How about this...NITE'S COMPARABLE POTENTIAL AS A TAKEOVER...

An analyst on CNNFN's Digital Jam when asked about the
rumors of Goldman Sach's possible takeover of E-trade(so that they could get into
Internet Trading) said that he didn't
think E-trade had the BREADTH in the markets to be a good move for Goldman to do
this...He said they should consider someone
with more BREADTH like SCHWAB...

that being said...

Egrp's mkt cap: 5.8 billion
Schwab's mkt cap: 28. billion
NITE's 2. billion

and NITE has the BREADTH in terms of trading connections to
the likes of E-trade, Ameritrade and those 20+ other brokers
ALREADY IN PLACE...

with the E-trade (EGRP) deal to expand trading on the Chicago
exchange...
