Ed,

Sorry for pointing out some of the facts behind modern American medicine.

I know too many doctors who rest on their laurels.

Being progressive and on top of things is not a prerequisite to practicing medicine. I know a lot of old timers who don't read their journals and walk off just after registering for their continuing ed meetings. They practice in their "comfort zone" and when anything challeging pops up they turf it to their local specialist.

To each his own.

>>You are becoming venomous again. So far Docs are <<lazy and/or stupid>> , <<little pea brains>>, <<profits take precedent to quality medicine>>. I see a problem here. It appears that if the Docs do not do what you say for the good of Vlad they are to be slandered, slaughtered, and fed to The Citizens Watch for Weak Weenies.<<

Come on Ed, I think you know what he is saying. Since half my family is in the profession and I delt with them most of my life it is not that I consider all in the medical field as bad or incompetant. It just seems that the vast majority of them should be in other professions.
