Patric, It is starting to become a bit obvious that when ever Dell has an interview or some news to announce that somebody will try to steal the thunder. Gateway is something however that Dell should be looking at. Frank

Hello Patrick! I'm wondering if this is about his book. I didn't expect any news out on the Dell store, till at least March. Anyone have any ideas what this could be about? Re: And some Gateway customers are suing the company in New York, alleging they weren't able to collect on Gateway's promises of "service when you need it" and 24-hour-a-day free technical support because it was impossible to contact a technician. Dell's got em beat by along shot! D.
