Tim--- great volume today and that is what does the price. News does the volume. Welcome the shorts as they will tie up shares that must be covered IF --- big IF -- more news is announced. We should see a bit more momentum out of this. With the publication of some additional contracts it could keep moving. What we do not need is more days/weeks of no news. Should that happen the shorts win again...
