Maybe that is what the ERICY GSM rights deal is about. The Q needs China. In order for this to happen, major payolla is involved. Timing with the shareholders meeting is also interesting. IMHO, the reason Sprint PCS stock (PCS) has done so poorly is because their network (and its data rate capability) is lousy and should be gotten rid of.
