The best way I have found to quantify just how big the bubble is is to keep track of the fed/yardeni S&P500 valuation model, now flashing 24.5% overvalued.Max overvaluation I have seen was 28% just before this fall's crash. I'm guessing maximum 3% upside, possible 25% downside, so:
Short Spy, long 10 year bonds.
