Ted.............

Did you meet this guy Hite?

Does he really believe he is helping his company by
behaving so paranoid?

Obviously you have many disagreements as to the claims of the company. But you haven't in any way said the company was a
scam. If I am not mistaken per your review, you have merely
stated that you think many of the company's claims are exaggerated?

Now the exaggeration of product claims in an effort
to generate share holder interest does strike me as an
attempt at manipulation of share price. I hope you or others have reported these exaggerations to the SEC as you deemed necessary.

Sometimes it seems to me that companies will go to
any extremes to generate share holder interest. But
unfortunately many shareholders have grown wiser
(at least I hope) to newsletters that write great
reports of companies and then trade the free shares they
just received into the subsequent runs that these
reports generate for the reported companies.

That has been the case with many of WSRG's pumps,
but unfortunately for WSRG and the free shares they
received from GTCI, the report-pump-sell scheme
didn't materialize, and trading volume for GTCI has been
dwindling.

Now what any of this has to do with VXTK, I'm
not sure...other than that their seem to be a lot of
similar bed fellows...

I was intrigued that Hite didn't respond in any way to your
review of VXTK's product. Did he, therefore, accuse
you too of having some hidden agenda?

Personally, I find his whole escapade kind of silly and certainly
not dignified for someone purportedly his age.

I especially find his paranoid ranting and raving
and ironically blasphemous statements about anyone's
agenda and anyone's supposed position in this company
counterproductive as to attract investor interest in Veronex.

Apparently, based on the volume of shares
traded, it seems like most people reading, at least,
this board would agree, especially since trading interest
in Hite's company has been waning even more.

Anyway....funny how he's so eager to find everyone's
identity, whereas if he really had a case, he'd follow
due process and proceed by challenging SI....Guess he
knows he doesn't have a case....and would be only
opening himself up to countersuits of libel.

Or, in other words, John Stark knows who I am.
Therefore, this paranoid joker is only embarrassing himself
and his company by his continued presence on this thread
or any other thread on SI. (Plus Josef makes a very good
point that Hite should put a disclaimer at the bottom of every
one of his posts stating his position in VXTK ,especially
since I don't believe "lurkers" have access to profile info).

Finally, I'd be interested to see how many
shares Hite unloaded when this company was
previously pumped up to 16....

Sincerely,

ztect

Some of this requested info may be considered trade secrets, but on the other hand there is such a thing as the "Freedom of Information Act" whereby the Federal Government would require info to be released and they would decide what was a trade secret and what was not. And just because this company is small and nearly unheard of would not release it from the requirements of that act. So you just can not use that for an excuse to avoid providing info just because it is not music to your ears. Sometimes the truth hurts.

Interesting comments from the FBN contingent. Terry, you were at Veronex and have signed a non-disclosure agreement. However, your questions are not appropriate since you have actually had a demonstration of the I|Nova System.

Terry, you really need to consider reading the news release more closely. Why the new word games Terry? You were at the technology center, received a complete demonstration and had every opportunity to ask any and all questions. You know the non-disclosure rules and if you want to come back out to get more information about the I|Nova System, then call and make the arrangements.
