Now its me ROFL!! Boy, these are the damdest days I have ever seen in this business. The annual meeting of the West Central Texas Oil and Gas Association was held here this weekend. All week, every day, the local paper was running oil and gas gloom and doom stories, telling everyone how awful the business is. Everyone I talked to on the phone was down in the dumps and whining about how they're going broke and can't pay their bills, laying off people, can't pay their taxes, etc. Then this afternoon I met with another oilman about doing some work for me on a well, and he was in the same spirit. Now they are starting to sound like a bunch farmers... crying that the government needs to bail us out. Well, I am sick of it. I just want to tell them to stand up and fight. Go down fighting and not sniveling and crying. There's nothing the government is going to do. The government wants cheap energy. Duh..... Well, just had to vent a little... thanks. Rod.
