I must be dumb I dont understand what the above 30 or under 24 will do can someone that is smarter than I please make some samples PLEASE. also is seeq a good buy at this price or is it locked into the price of lsi which seem to be locked to the sector

E Ramos and all: If LSI is between $24 and 30 the exchange ratio will be .1095. If LSI is above $30 we will get $3.285 of LSI stock at whatever price it is for one share of SEEQ. If LSI is below $24 we will get $2.628 of LSI stock at whatever price it is for one share of SEEQ. So we can't get less then $2.628 or more the $3.285.
