Zeev, until those additional 1+million shares that were registered become outstanding, the additional shares should not impact earnings per share. I doubt that all those 1 million additional shares will become outstanding in the first quarter, maybe not even in the full year.

On the downside, it seems that Mr. Broderick is having none of your $80 million 1st quarter revenue bar. Why not reign it in a little and let Mr. Broderick give us a positive surprise?
