Tommy is cautious and in being through this several times, so am I.
It's hard to sit on your hands when you see some stocks making great gains but what can ya do? Better safe than sorry in these conditions I think. I will change on a dime should the indicators give me reason too of course :-)

The next rally up will tell the story. But it does not seem to have the volume in addition to the weak breadth. It definitely stinks out there.
