Didn't Mr. Tilton address this question in his conference call. I have nothing to base this observation on but my memory. But I'm pretty sure TAP's answer is correct

Invasive or non invasive, simple or complicated.
The EKG machine is still considered a diagnostic instrument when recordings or charts are interpreted by a doctor.

This device still needs to be approved by the FDA, so don't make it seem like a ringer.
