We will likely see some financing, ie: pledging the mill, or a dilution by private placement. Sure, there are lots of ways to skin this cat, but the price of gold is low and there is not a track record to show positive future cash flow to pay down the loan, or reward the pp. My hope is that whatever the plan is, that it be substantive in its ability to have a positive cash flow.

Incidently, part of my more distant past was in industrial financing.
