Last I heard the date has been set back to March--they seem to be still having a debate with the SEC--assume it has to do with the accounting standards.--I was told by Inv. Relations at BOOL that they would require about 20 days to call and hold a special shareholders meeting--that call to my knowledge has not been made--so if BMCS has to restate earnings they better hurry or they will never make it in March.

Just a guess--but the company's auditor might require several weeks to restate the numbers--then you have to publish--could be longer than another month--bet they are trying to prove a restatement is not necessary--on the other hand, burecrats can be stubborn.

PS--still alive and active--just nothing new to say--wish I did--maybe we could send the CFO back to Phoenix so I could get worked up again.
