We're only sitting on a $1 Billion + surplus but I guess they feel they need more from me. Whatever, as long as we're getting the new baseball and football stadiums. My rate increase was only a couple percent, but the biggest increase is in the appraised value which is up about 20% or so. Can I sell my house short?
