Do you mean the niche of "EZPASS" type tech.? I though Lockheed Martin was the leader. Forgive me if I misunderstood your statement.

As far as the Va. contract, I would have to think LM would be in good shape there as well since they have the systems in maryland and also the only toll road in SC. I happen to have one and it has performed perfectly since day 1 .
